 Born in the Czech Republic, she studied singing in Bern and Luzern with Barbara Locher and in Prague, with Gabriela Beňačková. She went on to win many competitions including The Antonín Dvořák International Singing Competition, 3rd Prize in the challenging Bologna International Vocal Competition, Audience Prize in the IFAC HANDA Australian Singing Competition, 2nd Prize in the American International Czech and Slovak Voice Competition and most recently the 1st Prize entitled “The Best Opera Singer” in the Nomea Competition 2021. Gifted with a secure technique, she excels in roles that demonstrate her elegance of style, outstanding coloratura facility and her innate theatricality.
